Cancer Care Northwest is hiring a full time Assistant Controller/Financial Analyst who is responsible for maintaining the general ledger for CCNW and related entities, ensuring accuracy through journal entry reviews, quarterly GL reconciliations, and financial analyses. This role manages the month-end reporting cycle ensuring adherence to deadlines, prepares and analyzes monthly financial statements, and creates monthly board presentations. Additionally, the role assists with yearly budget preparation, oversees all tax filings and reporting, and manages the annual financial statement review conducted by an external CPA firm. Developing tracking mechanisms for and testing payer contracts, preparing monthly financial and production dashboards, and implementing analytical tools to optimize drug purchasing profitability are key responsibilities of the financial analyst side of this position. Collaboration with Directory of Pharmacy and Business Office will be required. This role is also responsible for supervising the staff accountant.

Formal Education, Certification/Licensure, and Prior Experience:to perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
- Five or more years of accounting experience
It is a preferred an individual have:
- Health care accounting experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license

Salary DOE - $90,758 - $122,523
