Assistant DD Day Program Manager - CLW

**Job Summary:**

CLW provides services to adults with developmental disabilities in a day program setting and is seeking an Assistant DD Day Program Manager at our New Paris, OH, location. The Assistant DD Day Program Manager will assist the Administrator in overseeing the daily operation of the day program, creating a healthy and safe environment for clients, and managing various functions as assigned.

**Responsibilities:**

- Act in the place of the Administrator when necessary
- Manage relationships between the day program and applicable residential facilities
- Ensure adequate staffing to maintain compliance with staff-to-client ratio regulations
- Maintain accurate inventory of supplies and ensure procurement when needed
- Meet clients' physical and personal needs promptly and appropriately
- Instruct clients in various skills areas based on assignment
- Document all programs, care provided, and adverse behaviors accurately
- Protect clients from abuse and uphold their rights
- Develop and implement client programs
- Ensure compliance with clients' Individual Service Plans (ISP)
- Provide transportation for clients and ensure vehicle maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**

- At least 21 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Health & Human Services or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in DD, healthcare, social services, or day habilitation services
- Previous experience working with DD individuals in areas such as occupational/social skills, behavior plans, and program development
- Effective communication and comprehension skills
- Relevant management experience
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, possess a valid driver's license, and pass a DOT physical
