Our ideal Assistant Dietary Manager candidate will have experience in culinary, sanitation, and administrative tasks. Experienced managing a food service team along with exceptional client relations and customer satisfaction skills.

 The Assistant Dietary Manager Essential Duties:

• Assist and support the Food Service Director with daily operations.
• Oversee inventory and ordering for the department.
• Knowledge of local, State, Federal regulations, and survey inspection process.
• Assist in resident meal tickets. Meal Tracker experience a PLUS.
• Oversee the overall sanitation and cleaning of the kitchen, storage and dining areas, and equipment.
• Performs other job-related duties.

Assistant Dietary Manager candidate for this position should have a combination of experience, education, and Servsafe.
