You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:
- Are at least 21 years old, hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent, and are able to pass a background check. Additionally, you must possess one of the following: an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education, a CDA, or a child-care administrator's certificate with relevant experience.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
