POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Full-Time Assistant Director of Housekeeping at the Chamonix Hotel in Cripple Creek, you’ll play a vital role in helping to lead our housekeeping team to ensure guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and relaxing environment for their well-deserved vacation. You’ll work to establish a productive, goal-oriented workplace where you’ll have opportunities for leadership development and hands-on problem-solving.

We don't hire assistant directors; we hire future directors. There will be a lot to learn, but if you're willing to put in the work, you will succeed. Assistant directors are typically promoted within two years.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead by Example: Support a team environment that encourages morale, passion, and high-quality work.
- Foster Growth: Mentor and train team members, helping them develop their skills while ensuring tasks are completed with precision and care.
- Maintain Standards: Conduct inspections and assessments to uphold our high standards, providing feedback and guidance to your team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of Housekeeping experience
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Customer Service: Service-oriented mentality with a focus on exceeding expectations
- Professionalism & Business Ethics: Maintain a positive and professional attitude - demonstrating integrity, respect, and discretion in all business dealings
- Decision Making: Ability to quickly make sound decisions and judgments
- Proactive: Self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize projects and needs
- Team Player: Willingness to provide support where needed to achieve outcomes
- Organization: Attention to detail and ability to effectively manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Additional Skills: Proficient in another language, such as Spanish, will add great value to your application
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $57,000
