Assistant Director of Human Resources - Community Services and Employment Training, Inc.

CSET's HR Department is looking for an Assistant Director of Human Resources that under general direction works collaboratively to assist in planning, directing and coordinating functions of the Human Resources Department with an emphasis on training and development. Other functions include employee & labor relations, employee onboarding and orientation, staff development and workforce communications. The HR Assistant Director will support the HR Director in overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is crucial in developing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals.
