Assistant Director of Nursing / ADNS

Advanced Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, located in New Haven, CT is seeking a Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. Canidate must have prior experience in a supervisory position in CT. Must be self-driven and willing to do what it takes to make excellent care and customer service a priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all nursing operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Assist the Director of Nursing Services in day-to-day administrative functions.
• Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care.
• Assist with compliance and ensure effective communication with all levels of nursing staff.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory and practice

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in CT
• Prior similar experience in long-term care.
• Strong clinical knowledge and exceptional communication skills.
• Knowledge of MDS and care planning
• Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.
