Now Hiring: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the overall management of nursing services in the facility.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve any issues related to patient care and staff performance.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new nursing staff.

Qualifications Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):

• Licensed RN Registered Nurse in the state of Florida
• Supervisory experience in LTC / SNF
• All applicants must be able to pass a Level 2 background check
