Position: Assistant Director of Nursing, ADON/ Rehab Unit Manager - Full Time
Salary Range: $68500 / $78,000 Depending On Experience

The ideal Registered Nurse candidate for this position should possess excellent time management, superior organization skills, be an exceptional communicator, and with some understanding of Long-Term Care regulations. Ideal candidate is very organized, works well with a team, is able to educate to all types of backgrounds, and wants to maintain a safe environment for our residents' patients and employees.

Experience-Must have South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license

ADON Position Highlights:
- Monitors to see that treatments and medications are administered as ordered
- Maintains a system to ensure knowledge of patient status (such as: makes daily rounds of all patients).
- Ability to plan and direct nursing service in an interdisciplinary team environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the medical/health care community, patients and families.
