ASSISTANT DIRECTOR of NURSING at Great Assisted Living in St Peters, MODon't miss this great opportunity to join our team as ASSISTANT DIRECTOR of NURSING at Villages of St Peters in St Peters, MO!!
In addition to providing excellent nursing care to our patients, the qualified nurse for this position should possess patient-focused skilled nursing experience in a leadership role, superior communication skills, dependability, flexibility and the ability to lead a successful team.
The Villages of St Peters is a beautiful state of the art building has 106 skilled bed unit with a variety of patients that rehab to home and 52 bed assisted living community. Our interdisciplinary NHC team provides a variety of services tailored to meet our patient's needs.
The Villages of St Peters offers a competitive compensation package for full time employment including tuition reimbursement, health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with 50% company match, scrub uniforms, and more!
Requirements:
-Must have previous ADON experience
-Must have professional experience in the practice of geriatrics, nursing administration, and nurse management experience
-Must be caring, compassionate, have a positive attitude and be a team player
-Must be flexible and available to be on call some weekends and holidays
