Assistant Director of Nursing - Briar Place Nursing and Rehabilitation

Requirements:

• RN (current and active)
• BLS certificate
• Able to stand for hours at a time
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Prefer:

• Experience with LTC
• Experience with Restorative
• Experience with Wounds
• Experience with PCC and eMAR
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.

Tasks for this position include, but not limited to:

• On call to work the floor every other week.
• Perform assessments, update care plan, implement, obtain orders, and monitor restorative programs.
• Round with wound Dr. weekly, perform assessments for wounds, ensure treatment orders for wounds, update care plan and monitor wounds.
• Participate with Fall meeting daily, implement interventions, and update care plan.
• Participate with QAPI monthly.
• Assist DON with in-services, audits, and survey preparations.
• Able to work Mon-Fri
