We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of infection prevention and control, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and promoting the health and safety of both residents and staff. Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility required.
• Experience in Excel-based data analysis preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of infection control protocols and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee infection prevention and control programs, including tracking key data points and managing outbreak responses.
• Manage vaccination clinics, ensuring vaccine availability, administration, and documentation are completed accurately.
• Ensure routine documentation and audits are performed in compliance with regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring tasks are completed in accordance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and physicians to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Maintain compliance with state requirements and facility standards of conduct.
