Assistant Director of Nursing Services - ADON - Caldera Care

Emerald Bay Care in Bremerton, WA is now hiring a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing/ADON (RN)! Come join our amazing team!

Pay Range: $110,000-$120,000 DOE

What you will do:

• Under the supervision of the DON, the ADON assumes responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs
• Responsible for all Infection Control monitoring, tracking and prevention
• Primary Staff Development/Educator
• Makes frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following their assigned duties and redirect as necessary
• Ensure the nursing stations are well organized, cleaned and stocked appropriately
• Participates in development and implementation of resident specific care plans
• Any other tasks as directed by the DON

Must have:

• Current RN license without any enforcement action against it
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred

As required by state and local law, Emerald Bay Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Emerald Bay Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
