SUMMARY:
We have an immediate opening for a part-time Assistant Director. In this key position, you will build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents and become proficient in all aspects of center operations. This job blends education and business and will prepare you for potential growth within our company.

HOURS: Need to be available Tuesday 11:00-8:00, Thursday 11:00-8:00, Friday 10:30-6:30 Saturday 8:30-3:30 & Sunday 8:30-3:30.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Managing administrative tasks
- Monitoring and maintaining daily center activity
- Working closely with students: administering evaluations and assisting new students
- Scheduling appointments for parent conferences
- Providing quality customer service at all times
- Participating in local marketing activities
- Performing general office duties - data entry, billing, inventory, phone calls, etc.
- Manage part-time teaching staff
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Commitment to success
- Patience and compassion for school-aged children
- Ability to multi-task and maintain organization
- Flexibility
- Professional demeanor
- Successful candidates will have -- high levels of energy & enthusiasm, outgoing & confident personalities, the ability to motivate others and work in a TEAM environment, and must be customer service oriented
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Computer skills - must be computer literate at a general business level (Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook e-mail functionality)
- Ability to excel in a continuously changing, competitive environment
- Ability to thrive under frequent pressure
