Assistant Director Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Managing administrative tasks and teaching staff.
- Monitoring and maintaining daily center activity.
- Working closely with students: administering evaluations and assisting new students.
- Scheduling teachers and students for sessions, as well as appointments for parent conferences.
- Providing quality customer service.
- Participating in local marketing activities.
- Self-directed, requiring minimal supervision, self-starter.
- A thoughtful, adaptive, and positive mindset.
- Highly resourceful, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented (precise and reliable).
- Maintains a cool head under pressure, confident, discrete, easy-going personality.
- Able to get work done quickly, efficiently & manage deadlines.
- Take marketing and lead-generating initiatives.
All candidates must possess:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and listening skills.
- An enthusiastic, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.
- Motivation to take the initiative to ensure that a student's time at Huntington is memorable.
- Ability to multi-task and have flexibility.
- Friendly and professional phone manner - common sense to know what to say and not say to clients.
- A confident and flexible demeanor.
- Hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Successful candidates will have - high levels of energy & enthusiasm, outgoing & confident personalities, the ability to motivate others and work in a TEAM environment, and must be customer service oriented.
