About the Job
The City of Appleton is seeking an energetic individual to support the Facilities Management Division in planning, organizing, and coordinating facility services and building operations for City of Appleton facilities. Through the application of facilities management and project management practices, the Assistant Facilities Manager manages day-to-day facility services, assuring objectives and performance measures are met.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, project management, construction or related field and a minimum four years of facility maintenance experience or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training. Work is performed under general supervision of the Facilities Manager
Salary
The annual salary range for this position is $58,510 - $81,931, plus an excellent fringe benefit package including paid time off, health, life, dental, and Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS). The WRS is among the best funded and best managed public pension systems in the country.
