JBW Federal is seeking an Assistant Facility and Program Analyst to provide facility support management and program administrative support services. This position is based out of the Springfield, Virginia area.
Job Description: The Assistant Facility and Program Analyst shall provide management and program administrative support services to the Office of Program Management at the Springfield, Virginia locations to support the Division's functions. The Assistant Facility and Program Analyst shall perform a variety of functions that support the day-to-day facility operations. The Assistant Facility and Program Analyst will provide written analyses, determine, and document requirements, assessments, and recommendations in support of space usage, workflow, and work performance. The Assistant Facility and Program Analyst will also provide warehouse facilities management support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective services
- Conduct facility studies on a recurring basis
- Analyze options, estimate cost-and-labor requirements, and submit written assessments and recommendations
- Provide agency-wide facility support including conference room setups, multi-media presentation setups, establishing and relocating systems furniture
- Produce Reduce-the-Footprint reports as requested
- Create space designs, templates and schematic representations of agency-wide space usage and workflow, and in greater detail, operating unit usage and workflow
- Manage approximately 7,000 square feet of GSA-leased warehouse space, to include organizing, retrieving, and disbursing archived materials,
equipment, furniture, and supplies - Report the status of specific task/work accomplished, specific problems and issues associated with the work, and the monthly recommendations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience supporting facility and warehouse operations
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the management of multiple, simultaneous projects
- Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, organizing, and communicating skills associated with warehouse, facility, and program operations
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the development and design of warehouse and/or office space
