- Assist the FSO in the everyday common tasks. For example, everything that is involved with handling foreign travels.
- Validate passports, make sure passport information is in SIMS.
- If employee has a clearance, make sure passport information is in DISS.
- Enter foreign travel information in DISS.
- Remind employee to advise customer of foreign travel.
- Assist the FSO with the outgoing VARS as well as incoming. 90% of the employees work at customer sites whose VARs need to be precisely maintained for the work flow avoiding breaks or gaps in work.
- Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified/proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
- Implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
- Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials.
- Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
