Assistant Feed Mill Manager - Gpac

A National Feed Manufacturer is looking for a Assistant Feed Mill Manager due to a recent promotion. This company manufactures feed for local dairy, beef and swine producers. In this role you would oversee the day to day production of the first shift, increase production, hiring/firing and help with quality & safety. This company is notorious for promoting hard workers into larger roles as they open up! 

Production Supervisor Job Description:

• Maximize production
• Hire/Train/Lead a team of 20 total employees
• Help grow business to become a continuous facility
• Oversee safety, OSHA, HACCP for the facility
• Host international visitors and large customer tours
• Train Employees and hold them accountable
• Manage budgets and P&L
• Be out in the facility making sure things are getting done

Produciton Supervisor Background Requirements:

• 3+ years manufacturing experience in one of the following industries required: feed, food, grain, ethanol or any other Ag manufacturing
• LEAN, OSHA, HACCP and safety experience preferred
• Strong communicator and leader
• Need to be able to motivate and lead people of all levels
• Experience growing a team and improving processes
