Position Overview:

As the Assistant Financial Controller at Mogul Motion Hospitality, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our diverse portfolio. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will assist in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and compliance activities, ensuring financial health and strategic growth across all hospitality venues.

Job duties

• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting, to provide insights for decision-making.
• Budget Management: Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
• Cost Control: Monitor costs and expenses to optimize profitability while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience:

  Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management or accounting, preferably in the hospitality or related industries.
