Assistant Food and Beverage Director - Plantation Golf and Country Club

• Oversees all catering and event operations, ensuring flawless execution from planning to completion.
• Inspects all dining and event venues for correct appearance, cleanliness, and safety of areas, equipment, and fixtures.
• Supervises Food and Beverage staff to meet or exceed the club’s standards for all events.
• Manages all aspects of catering events, including logistics, setup, service, and breakdown.
• Receives and resolves any conflicts or complaints from members or guests regarding their dining or banqueting experience.
• Maintains the reservation book accurately, ensuring proper protocol by hostesses and receptionists.
• Provides exceptional dining and event experiences for Club members and guests, including facial and name recognition of members.
• Understands and meets financial metrics for successful food and beverage operations.
• Creates weekly employee schedules for food and beverage personnel based on event forecasts, available to employees each Thursday.
• Develops and implements consistent onboarding and training programs for all food and beverage personnel, including SafeServ training.
• Updates the Point of Sale system as needed and utilizes data for reporting purposes.
• Basic computer skills required, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
