As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in assisting the Restaurant Manager with directing and organizing the activities and services of our food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, lounges, room service, and coffee shops. Your leadership will help ensure that we deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including guest service standards, product quality, cost control, profitability, marketing initiatives, and budgeting and forecasting.
- Team Leadership: Support in monitoring and developing team performance through supervision, conducting counseling, evaluations, and delivering recognition and rewards.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in evaluating product and service quality, guest satisfaction, and addressing issues to make improvements as necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
- Marketing & Upselling: Assist in implementing marketing initiatives and upselling techniques to promote food and beverage services, maximizing overall revenue.
- Recruitment & Training: Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and training new team members.
- Management Support: Act in the absence of the Restaurant Manager when needed.
