Expectations as an Assistant Food Service Director:

• Help coordinate all the food operations in the facility
• Assist in the overall operation of the Kitchen
• Performs other job duties as required

Qualifications:

• High School degree or equivalent
• Training in environmental control practices and procedures
• One to three years' experience in a a commercial food setting
