Assistant Food Service Director Full-Time Position

Lucent Group is seeking an Assistant Food Service Manager to assist and support the Food Service Director at one of our Food and Nutrition programs in the Washington, PA.

Our ideal Assistant Food Service Manager candidate will have experience in culinary, sanitation, and administrative tasks. Experienced managing a food service team along with exceptional client relations and customer satisfaction skills.

 The Assistant Food Service Manager Key Duties:

• Assist and support the Food Service Director with daily operations.
• Oversee inventory and ordering for the department.
• Knowledge of local, State, Federal regulations, and survey inspection process.
• Assist in resident meal tickets. Meal Tracker experience a PLUS.
• Oversee the overall sanitation and cleaning of the kitchen, storage and dining areas, and equipment.
• Performs other job-related duties.

Assistant Food Service Manager candidate for this position should have a combination of experience, education, and Servsafe.
