Customers lined up for our tasty creations, and we opened our first cafe in Tallahassee, Florida. Now, we offer a range of wholesome food options to complement our smoothies, all made fresh. Our menu boasts bold, flavorful smoothies with a healthy appeal, all made-to-order with quality ingredients. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of enthusiastic Crew Members
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality
- Train and develop team members to deliver on our promise of a tropical fun experience
- Monitor and control inventory and expenses
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
