Job Description: As an Assistant General Manager at Rocky's Burgers, Franks and Fries, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will work closely with the management team to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and provide exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Operating Partner in daily operations.
• Supervising and training staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
