Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to deliver exceptional customer service

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts and overtime as needed

First of all, yes, Wendy is a real person. And a pretty special one, being the daughter of our founder Dave Thomas. Back in 1969, he looked around at all other hamburger joints and was like, “Nah. People deserve better.” At the time, other quick-service restaurants were using frozen beef and mass-producing food.
