Assistant Grain Superintendent - Gpac

A highly respected and progressive Ag operation is looking to hire an Assistant Grain Superintendent to join their dedicated team of grain indusrtry professionals. 

Job Title: Assistant Grain Superintendent

Job Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks and railcars.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and grain dryers.
• Utilize computerized systems for data processing.
• Perform general maintenance and housekeeping tasks to ensure cleanliness of equipment and facilities.
• Assist operations personnel and supervisors as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Commitment to a zero-injury culture and adherence to safety protocols.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Regular and prompt attendance is essential.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including prolonged standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and at heights, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 55 lbs unassisted.
• Availability for weekends and overtime as required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude at all times.
• Previous computer experience preferred; maintenance experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to other locations as needed.
