Consigli is searching for an Insurance Administrator to review and process insurance certificates along with general liability and umbrella policies, received by Subcontractors.

Assistant Insurance Administrator
Consigli is searching for an Insurance Administrator to review and process insurance certificates along with general liability and umbrella policies, received by Subcontractors.
Essential Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Assistant Insurance Admin shall review certificate of insurance for proper limits, types, and wording.
- If any modifications are required IA shall contact subcontractor or agent
- Assistant Insurance Admin shall review all General Liability Ongoing and Completed Operations Endorsements to be sure compliant with our requirements.
- If any modifications are required, Assistant Insurance Admin shall contact subcontractor or agent to obtain corrected forms.
- If subcontractor is unable to obtain contractually required documentation Insurance Admin will review with Subcontract Manager or Senior Insurance Administrator.
- Once certificates are accepted by Consigli this information will be posted to the Timberline Commitment.
- Once certificates are acceptable, Admin will upload to project SharePoint site.
- Admin shall track progress of insurance notifications to subs.
- Sending weekly emails to sub and project team if required
- Admin shall monitor all yearly policies and obtain renewals.
- Renewals will be reviewed and if required, return for revisions to subcontractor or agent.
- Admin shall work with prequalification to obtain proper insurance requirements and forms at Subcontractor prequalification time
- Experience helpful, but will train
- Outstanding attention to detail and an ability to reduce down complex product offerings and communicate them effectively
- Proactive, self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative and analytical
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- They must have good communication skills, both verbal and written
- They have to be organized and have the right administrative skills
- They must pay attention to details and must go through every minute point
- They may have to work under a lot of pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Should work as a team and be cordial towards subs, suppliers, agents, and inter office
- A minimum of 2 years in insurance certificate processing
