Zeppe's is a rock n' roll themed pizzeria and Tavern that has been in business since 1986. We provide an energetic and fun atmosphere where passion meets quality, and we are seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to help spread our enthusiasm and values with our guests.
The Manager must have the ability to organize and manage a high-volume business during peak hours. Candidates should have a friendly personality, strong leadership skills, be organized, computer proficient and have a positive attitude. Candidates should have front of house and back of the house experience with a minimum of 3-5 years restaurant experience. We are looking for someone who is committed to the service industry who thrives in this type of atmosphere and enjoys this lifestyle. Opportunities exist for advancement in this growing company. This is a hands on leadership role. Candidate must be able to work days, evenings and some weekends.
Responsibilities include:
· Overseeing daily operations and developing exceptional customer service
· Running floor shifts, scheduling, training, and managing staff
· Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
· Maintaining cost of goods, cost of labor and overall financial management
