About the Job
- Mainly Lenovo troubleshooting - this is the person who gets a broken laptop and runs the software to discover what is wrong with the lab top
- Troubleshoot the laptop to figure out what is wrong, then give it to the level I technician
- Order any parts that are needed to fix the laptop
- Assign out temporary or permanent laptops in the meantime to employees while theirs are being fixed
Requirements:
- Some working knowledge of laptops
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
