Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Maintenance in planning and organizing maintenance activities.
• Help oversee the daily operations of the Maintenance Department, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Coordinate and perform preventative maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
• Support facility inspections and audits to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
