Manager Job Description
We are looking for leaders who enjoy teaching, and supporting teams that provide great guest experiences.
Our manager should enjoy interacting with the team and our guests. They need to be able to ensure the team provides the highest quality guest service and monitor the overall financial performance of the store.
The responsibilities of a store manager are to greet the team and guests, provide them with what they need, help prevent and solve problems, build customer and brand trust assist the staff with anything they need and make sure the customers have a great dining experience.
Candidate should be reliable, accommodating, courteous, and friendly to ensure that the guests are fully satisfied.

● Training and supervising team to IHOP standards
● Support team to provide great service and hospitality
● Motivating staff to meet sales goals
●Ensuring team is making the food to spec and is made within time goals
● Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
● Ensure accurate funds are collected daily from servers and preparing deposits
