Meineke is looking for an Assistant Manager. This secondary shop-level leadership position ensures continuity of shop coverage per General Manager direction.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
Shop Communication - Greets and processes incoming customers. Continual communication with all shop personnel, both technicians and front desk staff. Ensures phone and schedule coverage with Service Advisors and Customer Service Receptionists. Supports communication of findings to customers as needed on advanced work.
Writing Repair Orders - Accurately write up customer concerns. Generates service estimates for advanced work based on technician inspections. Convey expected repair costs and obtain customer approval. Track vehicle progress and communicate status to customers. Responsible for all repair tickets from receiving the vehicle from the customer to returning the vehicle to the customer. Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management - Sources parts as needed per ticket. Bulk orders standard inventory items.
Other - Assist other front desk staff as needed. Keep workspaces neat and clean per organizational and regulatory requirements.
Assistant Manager Requirements:
Professional appearance.
Strong automotive knowledge or previous management experience preferred
Desire to earn ASE Certifications
