You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
In addition: staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS
General job duties for all store team members
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Communication Skills
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Job Description:
Manage Store Operational Costs
· Monitor Food and Labor Costs, Maintain goals to ideal
· Utilize team training programs to improve efficiencies
· Conduct regularly scheduled preventative maintenance (i.e. Change A/C air filters, clean makeline condenser, etc.)
· Utilization of all scheduling tools for efficient scheduling
· Ensure proper portioning practices
· Conduct accurate inventory practices
· Ensure cash handling procedures are followed
Provide excellent customer service
· WOW the customers
o Apologize, give them what they want, give them something extra!
· Achieve company service goals (75/25/45)
· Address customer concerns at the store level
· Respond to customer care cases within 48hrs.
· Never argue with a customer
Enforce Safety and Security Standards
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of all safety and security standards
· Communicate to GM and DM when safety/security issues arise
· Complete incident reports/statements within 24 hrs.
· Enforce policies and provide appropriate actions as necessary
· Report all accidents and incidents immediately
· Review monthly safety sheets with team members
Training
· Cross-train all duties/functions/positions
· Modify training to meet individual needs
· Execute all existing training systems including regular review and follow-up with team members
· Act as a role model on how jobs should be completed
· Ensure team member attendance to appropriate scheduled training classes and workshops
· Utilize Learning Hub, PWR, PieNet
· Conduct a weekly cut test
· Update training board as needed or requested
· Attend training classes / meetings
Sales Building/Local Store Marketing
· Develop relationships with local communities and businesses through attending community events, sponsoring, etc.
· Implement and utilize active local store marketing
· Ensure 100% box-topping of promotional and now hiring material
Maintain Effective Communication
· Attend and engage in monthly store meetings with entire team
· Attend and engage in weekly meetings with management team
· Communicate national promotions to team members
· Manage communication board and bulletin boards
· Build positive relationship with team
· Set and maintain standards for behavior and fun work environment
· Attend all scheduled company functions and meetings
· Submit all required paperwork on time
· Check e-mails daily
Maintain Properly Staffed Store
· Communicate and drive career progression to encourage team member retention & advancement
· Develop great team members
· Actively recruit team members, including management
· Adhere to One PIEs staffing goals
· Ensure proper usage of labor scheduler
· Confirm all shifts are properly scheduled and filled
· Check Smart Recruiters daily
Uphold Policies and Standards
· Ensure adherence to all One PIE / Domino’s standards
· Utilize tools given to monitor standards such as EOC/OAs
· Self Operations Assessment done weekly
· Daily Planners completed and followed up on
· Provide a harassment free work environment and follow all Human Resources policies
· Appropriately handle all disciplinary actions and report to GM and DM
· Maintain clean and sanitized store
· Ensure adherence to image standards by self and team members
· Ensure Food Safety standards are always met
· Utilize Zenput for required paperwork / activities
· Ensure store is set up correctly on all shifts
· Proper opening/closing procedures followed
Product Quality
· Maintain proper food orders and inventory levels (MIC is responsible to ensure sufficient food levels and obtain missing product)
· Monitor product expiration dates
· Ensure safe handling of product
· Conduct training on product quality
· All pizzas and side items are prepared to Domino’s Standards
