IN THE ROLE 

• Deliver results related to individual and branch salesand collectionsgoals as well as customerexpectations  

• Develop new relationships – and maintain existing relationships - working with customers throughout the loan process and loan lifecycle  

• Present financial solutions, based on customer needs, that meet theirgoals  

• Present customers withoptional insurance products available  

• Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clearunderstanding  

• Learn how to utilize credit underwriting techniques and salestools  

• Manage the life cycle of the loan, includingclosing loans,collections activities,complying withall laws andregulations  

• Assistin the trainingand coachingof Branch Team Membersandprovide interim leadership in Branch Managerabsences 

Requirements 

• HS Diploma/GED 

• Provenexperience in achieving establishedbusiness goals andobjectives 

• Experience in financial servicesleadership  

• Ability to obtain Insurance Licensing within6months of start dateif required bystate 

Preferred  

• Bachelor’sdegree in business,financeor related field

Target base salary range is $21.00-$25.00 which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
