About the Job
Quick Service Restaurant Assistant Managers play a key role in supporting the QSR General Manager in the day to day operation of the restaurant. The QSR Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the operation of the location in the Restaurant General Manager’s absence.
Responsibilities:
- Training, coaching and driving team member performance
- Providing a friendly and professional service to guests
- Preparing our products
- Assisting to keep the location clean
- Manages the store in the General Manager's absence
- Supports the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store
- Develops an exceptional guest experience and a working environment that promotes engagement
