Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required
- Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees
- Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house and back of the house
- Proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor
- Strong skills in understanding P&L reports and budgets
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and schedule apps
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage a team of eight (8) or more
- The ability to work independently
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales growth and cost control of the café against the budgeted expectation and historical performance to ensure profit goals are met
- Maintain and exceed customer expectations to build brand loyalty
- Present a consistent, professional image of the café and crew by maintaining all sanitation and appearance standards
- Communicate and stay updated on all marketing and promotional materials
- Execute marketing and sales programs, following appropriate guidelines
- Build café sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and initiating local store marketing campaigns
