Assistant Manager
Location: Olathe, KS
Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager will assist the Location Manager in managing the daily operations of the store, including but not limited to, customer service, sales, inventory management, and staff supervision. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the store meets or exceeds sales goals and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in managing the daily operations of the store.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in achieving sales goals and profitability targets.
- Supervise and train staff members.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of merchandise.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in scheduling and payroll management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of prior formal personnel leadership/supervision experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills (minimum one year).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders and reach overhead.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel.
