The Assistant Managerposition serves as a developmental opportunity for future leadership roles within the branchnetwork.
IN THE ROLE
Deliver results related to individual and branch salesand collectionsgoals as well as customerexpectations
Develop new relationships – andmaintainexisting relationships - working with customers throughout the loan process and loan lifecycle
Present financial solutions, based on customer needs, that meet theirgoals
Present customers withoptional insurance products available
Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clearunderstanding
Learn how toutilizecredit underwriting techniques and salestools
Manage the life cycle of the loan, includingclosing loans,collections activities,complying withall laws andregulations
Assistin the trainingand coachingof Branch Team Membersandprovide interim leadership in Branch Managerabsences
REQUIREMENTS
HS Diploma/GED
Provenexperience in achieving establishedbusiness goals andobjectives
Experience in financial servicesleadership
Ability to obtain Insurance Licensing within6months of start dateif required bystate
PREFERRED
Bachelor’sdegree in business,financeor related field
