JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
- Supervise shifts of 3 to 10 employees
- Monitor Quality, Safety, and Customer Experience
- Customer Service Manager on Duty
- Cash Handling and Reconciliations of cash drawers
- Training of Staff Members for New Hires & Promotions
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND TRAINING: No educational requirements. Food handlers license required.
WORKING EXPERIENCE: Leadership experience required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Requires the ability to move and stand for long periods of time.
