Responsibilities for Management:
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage kitchen personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- The Assistant Manager balances the role of being a servant leader delivering exceptional performance. They also understand the importance of providing an engaging environment for restaurant teams and the guest; while focusing on the operations of the restaurant. Rinna Restaurant Group locally owns and operates 16 locations in Augusta, GA and Charleston, SC since 2000.
