About the Job
We are looking to bring on a new entry-level Assistant Manager Trainee. The Assistant Manager Trainee will be the first point of contact for our customers, working closely to help educate them on the products and services offered by our clients, expand brand awareness, and enhance the reputation of our clientele. We are looking for our Assistant Manager Trainee to be part of a team that is strong, determined, and ambitious to take on new challenges and opportunities as they are presented!
We will train and develop our Assistant Manager Trainees from the ground up. We believe that in order to have a successful team, they must understand all aspects of the business. The Assistant Manager Trainee will not only have the opportunity to work with local customers directly, but they will also be able to network with others in the organization, learn how to manage a small team and be a part of our business expansion.
Assistant Manager Trainee Responsibilities:
- Professionally educate new and existing customers on services inquired for by providing them with detailed information throughout the sales process.
- Offer excellent customer service and communication by following up with customers about how new products and installations have gone.
- Customize the customer’s pricing package based on their desires.
- Provide timely responses to customers and effective solutions to problems in customer retention and brand establishment.
- Attend weekly training sessions to enhance product and service knowledge.
- Work closely with Senior Managers to continue developing new skills that will assist in developing a strong team.
Assistant Manager Trainee Qualifications:
- Has a strong desire to learn in the fields Customer Service, Client Communication, Sales, Account Management
- Great communication skills to be able to excel in written and verbal communication with customers
- Self-motivated and determined to meet and exceed performance goals
- Amiable and outgoing personality that demonstrates professionalism
- Able to adapt to new situations and be solution-oriented
