Your Responsibility

• You will work in a team environment and will be able to work and cross train in other departments as production needs vary.  
• You will be a central figure in the production process in a woodworking facility(s).
• You will manage employees in various departments in a wood working facility.  
• You will be able to understand blueprints and wood working renderings in a woodworking setting.  
• You will work in a safe manner and observe all safety rules and procedures and create a safe environment for woodworking team.
• You will be able to learn new valuable skills that are in demand in the marketplace.
• You will be an integral part of our manufacturing team and be willing to be cross trained in other production related departments.

• Willingness to learn and perform tasks (both hands-on and management) in a safe and productive manner.
• Self-motivated and talented individual with ability to learn and grow into position with an established company.
• Willingness to work in a team environment where daily work requirements can vary from day to day.
• Ability and experience in management in a production facility.
• Experience in inventory management and logistics is a plus.
• Ability to safely lift heavy objects (50 -70 lbs. +) occasionally.
• Background checks are performed on all potential candidates.
• Maintaining a clean, safe work area and environment for a woodworking facility.
• Previous experience in wood working environment is necessary for this position.
