About the Job
As the Assistant Marking Coordinator for Sargent & Lundy's Electric Grid Infrastructure Services business group, you will work alongside the Marketing Coordinator serving in a variety of fuctions. Responsibilities for this role include:
- Coordinate and assist in preparing presentations, and update informative publications such as resumes, company brochures, presentations, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
- Help coordinate and collaborate with marketing team to respond to RFQs and RFPs in a professional, timely manner.
- Help plan and organize industry related company events/conference.
- Maintain project history information, review and update project profile and resumes, craft and edit project descriptions as needed for submissions.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of spending three days a week in the office, giving you the flexibility to work remotely for two days.
Dependent upon your location, this opportunity offers a generous relocation package.

Essential skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or 2 years of marketing experience. Preferred experience working in engineering firms.
- Experience using Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Proficiency in writing and editing (Preferred AP style), communication, and correspondence.
- Time management, attention to detail, creativity, and strong organizational skills are critical for a candidate’s success in this role.
- Work effectively and efficiently when it comes to meeting project deadlines under tight time constraints.
- Ability to multi-task, collaborate, self-motivate, and organize.
