About the Role:

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Event Coordination: Manage the logistics of events, from planning through execution, ensuring every detail is covered.
• Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our events and campaigns effectively.
• Content Creation: Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content to enhance event visibility.
• Campaign Monitoring: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and the outcomes of events to drive continuous improvement.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure the seamless execution of events.
• Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to keep our strategies relevant and effective.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in marketing, event planning, or a related role.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work some evenings and weekends for events.
