The Role: Assistant Marketing Manager for Education/Marketing Agency

If that is you, and you are now looking for a new and fresh challenge that will allow you to develop and grow both personally and professionally, this role could be perfect for you.
This role is perfect for someone with a background in marketing and has a previous history of creating marketing campaigns (both online and offline) for businesses to help them attract more customers and service current customers.
The person we are looking for will be skilled and comfortable in talking to customers about marketing strategies and will ultimately help in onboarding customers into our CRM (Client Relationship Management) software as well as Google Ad campaigns.
The good candidate would have a keen interest in business and marketing; you will be working directly/personally with our clients and helping troubleshoot issue with their software platform by helping build out automated funnels and with Google Ad management.
Whatever your current level of knowledge of such things, we will provide exceptional training in all of the areas required to excel in the role.
A strong candidate would have all of the above marketing know-how, plus an understanding of business/marketing performance KPI’s and be able to help our clients to implement such things into their business (advanced training to be provided).
Additionally, a strong candidate would have an understanding of the challenges and issues that small business owners deal with daily - and be able and willing to work with our business owner clients to help them prioritize their major tasks.

That is who we are looking for … now here’s little about us. We are a rapidly growing education, training and business support service to small and independent chiropractic practices. We have experienced rapid worldwide growth in our first year of business with customers in both the US and Canada.
The founder of the company (Dr. Justin Rabinowitz) is himself a successful chiropractor - and he now shares his business success strategies with clinic owners from the US and Canada via online programs and courses, weekly marketing newsletters, in person meetings and workshops/seminars as well one-on-one coaching.
The sister companies of JR Coaching are both based in New Jersey- Strive2Move and Adjust Your Performance - and already have 12 staff working to service our patients.
The founder is a published author and thought leader in business and entrepreneurship for chiropractors. He is a sought after speaker on the topics of marketing, sales, and leadership as it relates to rehab chiropractic business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationship with our clients (via phone and email)
- Ensure retention rate in our CRM and Google Ads business and hits agreed KPI
- Ensure member engagement and participation in our program hits agreed KPI
- Win back “lost” members
- Support the client by establishing key business outcomes, highlighting unseen opportunities and understanding their current road blocks
- Provide accountability to help members hit stated outcomes
- Communicate with clients about how our products and services can help them meet those outcomes/opportunities faster
- Ascend clients to appropriate levels in our other programs/courses at the appropriate time
What You Need:
- Great Zoom Communication Skills – very comfortable on Zoom and able to put a new client at ease very quickly
- Persistence: Demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to build strong relationship with a new and current clients (or lost clients)
- Business/Marketing Experience: some back ground of either being in business for your self, providing support or assistance to other business owners, “coaching” business owners or retaining customers in a B-B or B-C environment
- Attention to detail: does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project
- Proactivity: Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company.
- Verbal Skills: able to ask great questions that will allow us to find out how we can best help and support our clients
- Intelligence: Learns quickly. Demonstrates an ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information
- Organization and planning: Plans, organizes, schedules and budgets in an efficient, productive manner. Focuses on key priorities and never misses deadlines or forgets to show up for pre-set calls.
- KPI focused – previous employment (and success) within a KPI driven company

What we can offer you:
Compensation:$45,000 - $52,000 salary (*depending upon experience)
Paid vacation time - 15 days PTO (plus, all public holidays
Benefits – health care allowance of $200 per month
