About the Job
Under the supervision of the SVP/Residential Lending, the Assistant Operations Manager oversees residential loan products, workflows, processing, closing documents, and department policies.
- Creates and maintains new and existing products as it relates to disclosures and systems while working with management and compliance
- Attends regularly scheduled department meetings to seek out opportunities for efficiencies.
- Maintains and create department processes and procedures.
- Works with compliance, legal and risk for on-boarding new vendors.
- Works as a liaison between the SVP Residential Lending and the LOS Admin for efficiencies and enhancements.
- Maintains and writes reports, providing results to team members.
Requirements:
- High school education
- 5-7 years' experience working in a loan processing, closing, or underwriting environment
- Complete knowledge of mortgage loan products
- Technically proficient in MS Office and able to quickly learn and support digital platforms
- Strong understanding of Secondary market guidelines such as FNMA, FHLMC and approved Investors
Schedule: Full Time 40 Hours/ Week
