The Assistant Nurse Manager will report directly to the Emergency Room Nurse Manager. This position involves close collaboration with other nursing staff, physicians, and administrative personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the Emergency Department.

Requirements

• Current RN license.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in emergency nursing with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role will earn a quick interview.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage high-stress situations effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of emergency department protocols and procedures.
