Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring clinical excellence and quality outcomes
- Managing staff and fostering a positive work environment
- Overseeing patient care and collaborating across departments
- Supporting financial stewardship and operational efficiency
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years OR nursing experience
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred)
- Massachusetts RN license
